With 18 years of high-level coaching experience, my approach is built on proven success at every stage of the game. I hold a State Championship as a Head Coach, alongside seven section titles, one league title, and two district titles earned during my 7 years as Head Coach with the Lancaster Catholic High School program (12 years total).

Currently in my fourth year as the Pitching Coach at Lampeter-Strasburg High School, I continue to focus on elite athlete development.
